We want you to feel that you are in good hands at the Sportklinik Hellersen. Therefore, your opinion is important to us. We would like to know if you were satisfied or dissatisfied. Our staff is therefore pleased to receive praise, but also suggestions.

 

Patient questionnaire

We would like to know how you rate our services related to your treatment and your stay at the Hellersen Sportsclinic. Therefore, you will receive access to our digital patient survey when you are admitted as an inpatient.

By participating, you help us to continuously optimize our processes.
The approx. 10-minute survey is voluntary and anonymous.
We would be pleased if you would support us and complete the online questionnaire by the end of your stay.

 

Complaint management

Although we make every effort to do justice to you and your wishes, situations arise from time to time that lead to discrepancies.In order to be able to react, we ask you for your comments. By doing so, you help us to constantly review our performance and further improve the service we provide to our patients.
