Visitors & accompanying persons

Your visit to the Sportklinik Hellersen

Visitors and accompanying persons are very welcome at the Sportklinik Hellersen. They are a welcome change from everyday hospital life and support friends and acquaintances in their recovery process.

Out of consideration for the state of health of our patients, there are a few things to bear in mind. Here you will find information for your visit.

Visiting times and rules

Visiting hours are daily from 09.00 to 20.00. We ask you to keep to the quiet times to ensure good cooperation and, if possible, not to receive your visitors between 12.00 and 14.00. We also ask visitors to leave the room during visits and nursing procedures. We recommend daily visiting hours from 2.30 pm to 6.30 pm.

Flowers & Gifts

Flowers from visitors are always a nice gesture. However, potted plants are not permitted in the hospital for reasons of hygiene. We therefore ask you to return the potted plants to your visitors. However, bouquets of flowers are permitted. Vending machines with disposable flower vases are available in House 1 and House 2.

Entering a patient room

If your relative or the patient you are visiting does not have a single room, please respect the privacy of other patients. Knock before entering the room. In this way, you will avoid disturbing a ward round or an intimate examination.

Filming & photography

In principle, you may take photos and videos for private use within the clinic. However, please respect the privacy of other patients, staff and visitors and do not take photos/videos without their consent.

Pets

For reasons of hygiene, animals are not permitted in our hotel. If you have any queries, for example regarding specially trained guide dogs for the blind, please contact the Infopoint.
