For what purposes do we process your personal data? - On what legal basis do we process your personal data?

We process your data for the purpose of processing your complaint and possibly resolving it on the following legal basis - Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR or Art. 9 para. 2 lit. h (consent)

Who has access to your personal data (internal and external)?

Internal departments: HR department, department heads, medical management, nursing service management, works council, management, in individual cases secretariat of the specialist areas/departments and data protection officers
External bodies: Service providers as processors

There are no plans to transfer your personal data to third countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

How long do we store your personal data?

As a rule, we store your data for 12 months after the complaint has been processed and then delete it. In addition, we store your data in compliance with and within the scope of the statutory retention and documentation obligations, the applicable guarantee, warranty and limitation periods and, in the event of legal disputes in which the data is required as evidence, until the dispute is concluded.

Would you suffer any disadvantages if you do not provide us with the data?

If you do not provide us with the data, you will not suffer any disadvantage. However, in this case it is not possible to trace the data.
